When it comes to assistants in the beauty industry, Lacey is your girl! She’s instilling incredible habits with the assistants at LG Education by having them commit to taking the lead on socials from the get-go.
It wasn’t always intuitive for Lacey though. She used to simply tell her team to post more without taking her own advice and no one was moving forward. Now, social media is a non-negotiable for Lacey and her team. When Lacey started posting, her team followed suit. Because of that commitment, most of their clients actually come from Instagram now! She even filled me in on a super fun, NINETY DAY CHALLENGE she’s doing with her team. I was so inspired by the dedication that I decided to join as well.
